At VOX Amps, we want to ensure your tone is perfect; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your gear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned electronics must be in their original packaging and include all manuals, power cables, and accessories to be eligible.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your VOX account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day window.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the amplifier or pedal in its original factory box and outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
