Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do VOX amplifiers come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all new VOX products include a limited warranty. Vacuum tubes are typically covered for 90 days, while electronic components and labor are covered for one year from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for electronic equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to be eligible for a full refund.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy cabinets?
